Most of my work in cartooning has been with providing illustrations for schoolbooks (OUP, MGP, CUP, Longman, Macmillan, Nelson Thornes etc). I've also supplied cartoons for 30-odd books of humour, mostly for Scottish publishers (NWP, Birlinn, Canongate), as well as putting together various books of my own (Scotland for Beginners, The Cannae Sutra etc).

Alongside this I've enjoyed the variety of working with postcards (Dixon's, Hinde, Salmon), magazines (Country Talk, The Oldie, Country Life..) and, for 20 years, a regular slot on my local paper, The IOWight County Press. I seem also to have done rather a lot of stuff for business presentations desperately in need of something.
